Pilates Essentials
Designed for beginners, this class breaks movements down step by step so you can learn the foundations of Pilates with confidence. It’s also a great option for anyone looking to refine their technique and reconnect with the basics. You’ll be guided through accessible exercises that build strength, improve posture, and increase body awareness, giving you the tools to progress at your own pace.

Power Flow Pilates
A dynamic, high-energy class that blends classic Pilates principles with an athletic, upbeat flow. Expect faster transitions, a little extra cardio, and plenty of spice to keep your heart rate up while sculpting strength from head to toe. This class is designed to challenge your endurance, build heat, and leave you feeling powerful, sweaty, and accomplished.

Pre/Post-Natal Pilates
A supportive and empowering class designed for every stage of pregnancy. We focus on gentle yet effective movements to help you build strength, improve posture, and release tension, all while keeping you and your baby safe. With modifications and guidance throughout, Pre/Post-Natal Pilates is about feeling strong, mobile, and connected as your body changes.

Roll & Restore
Roll & Restore’s classes are kept small and intimate to facilitate a deep dive and release of the body. We use specialized 6 - 10 inch balls using a methodology to self-treat the body’s stress, discomfort, and inflexibility. We’ll target specific muscles in detail creating suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion. Folks have left these classes feeling and looking visibly longer with “space to breathe and move better.”
